When I was in high school, Fall always signaled a season of change—a fresh school year that brought me closer to graduation. Now, at 59, I still see Fall as a time of transformation, but with a deeper meaning. As the trees burst into vibrant hues of orange, red, and yellow, and as perennials retreat and birds take flight on their migration, we are reminded of the beauty found in letting go of the old to make room for the new.
Just as nature transitions, so should we. Fall encourages us to pause, reflect on our goals, and sow seeds for the future. It’s the ideal moment to look back on the months gone by and ready our hearts and minds for the coming year—one brimming with fresh opportunities and personal growth.
To celebrate this season, I’ve included a free Embracing Fall Word Puzzle and Coloring Page below. Take a few moments to unwind, relax, and reflect on your journey.
Let’s welcome this season of preparation, knowing the best is yet to come!
Warmly,
Christine
