You will receive a free 30-minute design consultation to discuss your vision and celebration details. Please allow at least 7 days after our consultation. This gives me time to thoughtfully design your birthday flyer, create your video, and produce your personalized celebration song. Custom Service Policy Because each birthday design, video, and song is created specifically for you, all purchases are considered custom services. Once the design process has begun, orders are non-refundable. You will have the opportunity to provide design details during the consultation to ensure the final product reflects their vision. Minor revisions may be provided if needed. Major design changes or concept rework requested after the design process has begun will require an additional $20 fee.
